Beginner Pilates -will give you an understanding of the Pilates principles and correct movements. We will focus on using the bodys core or "power house" for all of our exercises. This class will help you lengthen and strengthen your muscles, which produces strength control, flexibility, and a more fit body. We will work the basics first moving toward more cahllenging moves down the line.

Basic Ballroom, Swing, Salsa, & Beyond - beginner ballroom class focusing on Latin for three weeks and on ballroom for three weeks. Feel confident taking the floor at weddings, parties, and other social gatherings. Taught by silver level certified instructors (Sarah & Mike Kohnle) with six years of teaching experience.
