Classes - Remember All levels welcome!!

BodyFlex -The barbell class that strengthens your entire body! This 60 min workout challenges all of the major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises--squats, presses, lifts, and curls.   Great music, motivating instructors, and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you desire.

Cardio Camp - Reap all the benefits of a true cardio workout!  A perfect blend of a variety of cardio formats keeps you motivated and challenged.  Whether it is Step, Kick boxing, or Boot Camp Style, it is a dynamic calorie-blasting workout every time.  Muscle toning, heart-pounding, and fat-burning are guaranteed.  This camp will spend time indoors and outdoors!

Chaos Fitness - This is an interval-based, high intensity training session, infused with strength challenges to tone & sculpt while challenging your cardio needs. Set the tone for your week and be prepared for a total body meltdown!

Friday Rotation - Our Friday a.m. rotation gives you the variety and that extra bonus workout you were hoping for.  Whether it's Turbo Kick, a Boot Camp, Body Flex, Cardio Dance, or Core/Pilates, it's a great way to end your week!  *See the posting of the format line-up in and outside of our studios. 

Group Cycle - 45 minutes of straight cycling will get you in GEAR!  Let your instructors lead you on a journey with hills, jumps, flats--mixed terrain with time trials and interval training.  You control the intensity of your ride.  Just sweat and RIDE to the powerful music.

   (Cycle Core: Cycling w/15 min. core work;  (Extreme Ride: 60 minutes of cycle w/ 15 min of core work)

  (Cycle Yoga: 40 min cycle w/20 min of Yoga)

 StepIgnite - Ignite your metabolism and rev up your caloie burn with this energized step workout.  Challenge our core, legs and glutes with dynamic combinations both beginners and fitness veterans will love. Come experience the 60-minute workout start to finish-it mixes strenth, power, and bold, electrifying cadio bursts intensified by the step.

 TurboKick - Turbo Kick is the revolutionary group ex program that has changed the direction of kick boxing today. Inspired by dance, Tae Kwon Do, boxing, tai-chi, and funk this workout creates a party atmosphere that will have you coming back for more.  The class stays fresh with the hottest music, moves, and choreography.

  (TurboKick 'N Tone is 30 minutes of TurboKick and 30 minutes of strength)

Wild Card Weekend - Weekend workout under rotation... A different format will be hosted each Saturday. See Bulletin Board outside Studio.

Yoga (POWER)      (Mind/Body)

Zumba - Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system!  The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximized caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.
