Classes - Remember All levels welcome!!

BodyBlast - We’ve blasted your cardio and strength workout into one power packed 75 minutes. Class begins with 35 high-energy minutes of cardio, which on any given day may incorporate anything from kickboxing to step. The second half of class is comprised of total body toning and functional strength training using a variety of tools to keep you going and keep you challenged.

BodyFlex -This 60 minute Barbell program strenghtens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music. With simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls; BodyFlex is for all ages and fitness levels.

Cardio Fusion - An "interval-type" workout blending cardio with bouts of sculpting to deliver one calorie blasting workout!! CAUTION: Expect to Sweat!

Core lates - Sculpt your midsection as you improve your body's overall functional strength, balance and coordination. This class focuses on strenghening your deep abdominal muscles, inner/outer obliques and lover back. No regular crunches here!!

Muscle Mix - A total body resistance training infused with 1-minute bouts of cardio will have your heart rate pumping!

Group Cycle - 45 minutes of straight cycling will give you an awesome workout.  Your instructor will take you through a workout of hills, jumps, flats....you know the drill, just sweat and ride!!

   Cycle-Core-After your ride you will finish up with core work to keep your center strong and improve you cycling.

Sweat 'N Tone - This class has both strength and cardio to deliver one "body-blast'n workout! Try it you just might like it!

Wild Card Saturdays - Two Saturdays a month will be Zumba and the other two will be a different format from one of our group fitness offerings. The sheet showing the specific class & instructor for each Saturday will be posted at sneakers weekly.

Zumba - Zumba is an aerobic dance class of Latin and International music. The routine features aerobic interval training with a combination of fast & slow rhythems that tone & sculpt the the whole body.
